Oxbridge is a ****, they need send my money and cancel my damn contract

I wouldn't even give them a single star if that was an option. They the worst , its been over 2 months and i still haven't received my 1st package(study material , student card etc.) anyway I asked them about it only for them to tell me its been shipped 17 of march. Then I received an email from the courier stating they don't even know where I live or a proper contact number how the hell do you request for a damn package and not give the courier company the information of the student. Bunch of idiots. This company is a **** and they should be closed. Hello peter doesn't do much either because the companies still tend to get away with ******** people so whats the use making use of this platform , please whoever works at hello peter could you answer that. I bet you cant because you guys are probably just as useless as this **** companies that just want money. This is peoples future and money you messing around. If this doesn't get fix seriously whoever has control to do something about this and doesn't I wish the same thing happens to you and everyone you care about because thats simply whats happening here this is serious and people already live in this **** country that **** people and here we just trying to better ourselves and you guys want to mess with that.
