Oxbridge academy intimidates me

I rolled out of oxbridge academy business management studies.so now the academy consultant used to call me and force me to pay fees while I'm not studying anymore.threatening to hand me over to a legal action and credit bureau in order to affect my credit health.but one point is that there were no credit given to me from the oxbridge academy to pay my fees.so I'm surprised if the academy consultant tells me about legal action.the academy and I have no such agreement that if I guit my studying there then I should pay full fees.that no.
