Oxbrideg Academy /SACAI extremely dissatisfied with how they run their exams

For the first year of my GETC course Oxbridge was really good and helpful. The problems started withbthe November 2023 GETC exams. I was literally told my exam location one day before the exams by Oxbridge's marking body SACAI . Lenette was really helpful here and managed to get me my exam location. However I had already arranged for accomodation in George but was then told that I have been assigned to Mosselbay . I lost half of my accomodation money due to the Hotel's cancelation policy and only managed to get accomodation in the day of my exam , we literally drove around Mossel bay the entire day before I could get accomodation.

Then in January of 2024 I received my exam results of my 6 subjects from SACAI through Oxbridge Academy. Despite achieving a 65% average in my maths literacy assignments , they told me I achieved 25% for my maths lit exam despite achieving over 80% for three other subjects , and that I am not allowed to move on to the adult matric course before rewriting maths It was absolutely ridiculous. I app**** for a remark but never received any evidence that my exam paper was actually remarked and I was not allowed to view my paper( SACAI's ridiculous policies ) despite paying R500 for a remark!!!.

I then had to apply to rewrite the paper in June which cost over R2000 to do so!!. I barely managed to get the money together. And then on top of it had to pay R800 transportation due to the high cost of petrol at the time , to get to the exam location. In August I received my rewrite results and they had the audacity to once again tell me that I only received 35% for the paper!!. Now again I am not allowed to view my paper. SACAI is an extremely *********** institution. Please do not apply at any college / school that uses them as their marking body. Oxbridge should tell you before you register that they use SACAI as theor marking body and they should tell you beforehand of their ridiculous policies. I have seem several other reviews on the internet of students complaining about SACAI's and receiving incorrect marks as well as not even receiving their certificates SACAI simply wants you to pay for rewrites over and over again so they can make money. They never respond to emails . I had to wait a month before I even received a follow up from Oxbridge academy two days before the marking deadline.

I am so disappointed, these organizations places students future in jeopardy, I need to write my matric next year in order to allow me to get a higher education at a university but that is all hanging in the balance now with this rewrite/incorrect marks situation. I am utterly heartbroken and dissatisfied as I honestly want to achieve my education to make something of.my life but they are standing in my way because of the way they run things
