"Outstanding Payments"

I studied through Oxbridge Academy in 2017! I paid the outstanding amount of what was still due.. We are now in 2021 its 4 years later. I'm being contacted by their debt collectors because of outstanding payments. What must I still pay?! Its been 4 years!!! Seriously.
