Ore you still open?

Hi, I am writing this mail as a formal complaint... I sent emails from the middle of December for assistance with my assignments and only received replies in January this year but the replies did not even assist the questions I asked for. You promise to reply within 48 hours. However, You said that it was December and that you would not be available on the 25th, 26th, and the 1st of Jan.I handed it in before the end of December because I wanted to register for the next exams - but because of your delay - this will not bear any fruit and more pressure will now be added on me at the next exam date. I have checked the website and still no assignment results for my subject. this is now more than a month later?!?!? In terms of the contract between myself and Oxbridge it is evident that you are in breach of contract with me. Thus we need to schedule a meeting to discuss the way forward in terms of whether it will be viable for me to carry on studying with you and if I should rather stop and go somewhere else. Please advise. Regards

Thank you for your patience. We have concluded our feedback and would like to provide you with feedback. We have reviewed your recent complaint, and our records indicate we responded to your email.

On the evening of Friday, December 29, 2023 you submitted your Engineering Science N1 Assignment Student. In response, we processed it and sent you an acknowledgement SMS on Thursday, January 4 2024, stating that we had received your assignment.

Hi,

Thanks for the response...however - this does not answer my complaint.

I mailed the assessor on the 18th of December 2023 and the response could not answer my question and asked me what I didn't understand (great help) - I then responded to the email but did not receive a response within the 24/48 hours promise.

I then asked another 2 questions to the assessor on the 19th of December 2023...and yet another question on the 20th of December 2023, another on the 21st, and another on the 22nd of December 2023. With every mail I sent I received a response telling me that your offices will be closed on the 25th, 26th, and the 1st and that I should be patient regarding response times.

I only received a response for ONE question on the 9th of January.

I tried to finish my assignments in December so that I could register for exams but I have still not received my results on the 2nd of February 2024 - surely it does not take that long?!?!?!?!
