November exams still outstanding
My studies went well until I had to write national exams. I paid for the course in advance but Oxbridge was always to quick too send me reminders of payments and called for confirmation even though I had been paying ahead. Then came the time to write exams, I was left confused and stressed out as I didn't get the exam timetable on time, I also asked to write in Centurion but they sent me to a far away township in Pretoria. I had no idea how to get there, and was stuck in bad traffic on the 2 hours drive to write the exams, what an inconvenience!<br> <br> This year, I called Oxbridge numerous times, sent them numerous emails asking for the exam results I wrote in November, and I'm getting no joy from this institution. First they said the results were not received from the DOE, then say will SMS when the results are ready (never got an SMS), I emailed again, they said a month ago the results were ready they are sorting them per school but still nothing. I read on this site that someone got their results, so what is the delay with my results. I cannot further my studies without the results. I made a bad choice when enrolling with Oxbridge.

According to your student records, although you initially chose to write your exams at Tswane South, you were informed that this exam centre was full to capacity and could not accommodate any of our students.
The DHET was made aware of this problem and thus moved the exam venue to another campus. Unfortunately we did not have control over the venue the DHET chose.
As you know, your exam is marked and released by the DHET. Earlier this year, they informed us of numerous system issues that caused a delay in results being released. At this stage, we have received results from some colleges, but there are still results outstanding.
We have sent an urgent request to the DHET to get back to us with your exam results and we should have an answer within the next 48 hours.
Once again, we apologise for these unfortunate circumstances and will call you the moment the results arrive. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for helping us to improve our service.
