November exam results still pending
Hi<br> <br> I've contacted the college from January for my November exam results and I've been told I'll be informed as soon as they have them. On February I contacted them again and they rep**** with the same reason, adding the dhet had I.T problems, I sent them a mail on the 25th of February and I didn't get a response till today... My issue with the college is that my time is being wasted, I can't further my studies with them without the results... Please assist!!!!

Thank you very much for your feedback.
Unfortunately there has been no change in the information given to you regarding the release of the November exam results. The Department of Higher Education and training were having IT problems and could therefore not release the results. Unfortunately it was only the private colleges that were affected. We have received the results of students that has written their exams at Oxbridge Academy but no results for students that wrote at other exam centres across South Africa. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are in daily contact with them to receive feedback on their progress. One of our Student Support Team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to forward you the correspondence we have received from the Department of Higher Education and Training. We are thanking you in advance for your patience.
