No support received at Oxbridge

I am an N5 student at Oxbridge and need them to help me with payroll installation as I have attempted to install myself and have not been successful they keep giving me the manual and I keep telling them that i am still unable to install even after following the instructions.I called and spoke to two people there and non of them has been able to help me instead they said they'd call me back and it's been over a month now sending emails and filling assessor forms but no one cares to contact me and help me. Even their whasapp line is of no use. I am running out of time to submit all my assignments by 27 May to write in November but Oxbridge wouldnt care less to offer me support on this issue so I can be done with my assignments. But when it comes to following up on payments they make sure to contact you. I wouldn't recommend this institution to anyone. Save your money and register somewhere else.
