No study materials but College asking for payment

I am a newly registered student, student number ***9 and I'm already regretting ever registering with Oxbridge Academy. I paid the registration fees on 29 Jan 2016 and received an sms saying I would receive a tracking number for textbooks. Till now I have not received anything and only received a huge bill, and not the one for my course, which was sorted by Alvino....who added that I was still supposed to pay even if I had not received the study materials. I called the college to query this and was told not to pay anything until I had received the materials. I don't have a problem with payment but I told Alvino that its unfair to pay for a service I had not received.<br> <br> Why was this course was listed if there isn't any study materials and why im receiving conflicting advice re payment? I am really frustrated because after Alvino made sure I made my reg fee asap, I am disappointed at the slow or lack of service delivery. No one seems to tell me whats going on and Ive been told different things by different people ranging from the books not being available, to the books would be delivered on Friday (2 weeks ago), to Alvino saying he would talk to the Principal..ummm
