No student support

No student support. My son has tried to contact them since February for some advice. The keep him on hold until he's airtime runs out. But every month end they find the time to call my husband for payment. My husband has told them a number of times to get into contact with my son. Still no help. I will not recommend them to anyone. They're not interested in helping students.
