NO REPLY OR RESULTS AND NOW HANDED OVER

I registered my son at Oxbridge 29/01/2015. a total of R1980.00 was already paid to them. We submitted three assesments per e-mail. (We only received three) No results was ever received or any statements or feedback. On 08/09/2015 I received a registered letter from their Pre Legal department. a Final Demand and should I not reply within 21 days I will be handed over. I sent them a e-mail on 08/09/2015. Today again I re-sent the mail where I ask why I didn''t receive results and that my son is no longer interested and if maybe we can change the course other wise I will look at he option of payment arrangements. Zandile rep**** that the account is handed over to there attorneys and that I have to contact them, and that they didn't receive any assignments although I did sent the proof of submitting and payments made. I contacted them in time regarding the legal letter, and how can I pay if I don't get results or assignments from them. According to their letter my total balance is R7330.00????
