Need to cancel my course

Hi there is a lady name Heidi from Oxbridge she got such a bad servive when it comes to cancelliaton of course, she refuse to cancel my course I told her that I can't afford to pay for my fees anymore, if I knew from the first that there is such a bad service at Oxbridge academy I wasn't going to register from the start. So please help my I need to cancel my course cannot afford to pay
