My Experience with Waterfall School of Business / Oxbridge Academy

• I paid my fees in full in 2023. • Before payment, I received frequent reminders about outstanding fees. • After paying in full, the communication and support became extremely difficult. • I have been waiting for an external examination/assessment to be arranged so that I can complete my qualification. • I have repeatedly followed up by *** but have not received a satisfactory resolution. • Years later, my qualification is still unresolved, despite my efforts to complete the outstanding requirements. • I even escalated the matter to the Council on Higher Education, which advised me to obtain a formal response directly from the institution. • This situation has affected my career opportunities and caused unnecessary frustration.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend enrolling with them without thoroughly investigating their assessment, examination and qualification-completion processes first.
