May someone please mark my re-submitted assignment, Student number ***9

<p> </p> <p>I have run out of ideas with regards to the marking of my assignment so have turned to hellopeter with the hope that someone from Oxbridge Academy will reach out and help me.</p> <p>I fell three points short of passing my assignment and had no idea what the next step would be until I phoned the college and was told that my marked assignment would be sent back to me and that I would have to re-write it. I had no problem with that. However, the assignment was never posted to me so I phoned again and spoke to Letitia who then emailed it to me and added that I would need to wait for my original marked assignment because in the mail would also be the answer sheet for me to re-write the assignment. So I waited for the mail...</p> <p>Two weeks later I received an sms with a tracking number for the Post office saying I must go to the nearest post office to collect my parcel within 2 weeks. I went to the post office twice and they said the tracking number was invalid. I then called the college once more and spoke to a guy who said that Oxbridge does not use post office but UTI courier. He said I must just wait, the courier will bring me my parcel...meaning my assignment and answer sheet.</p> <p>After 2 weeks lapsed with no courier coming with my parcel, I called again and one guy advised that I re-write the assignment on any paper and re-submit. I typed the assignment and submitted it. That was almost two months ago but I have called, emailed and sent messages to the college and keep hearing that my assignment was never received!!!!</p> <p>Please, please...I am sooooo frustrated with all this. Firstly, no explanation was ever given regarding re-submissions and it looks like when re-submitting assignments, one must not use the normal email for assignment submissions...at least that’s what one advisor told me so I sent it to another email address.</p> <p>Everyone keeps telling me they have not received the assignment. May somebody help me please????!!!</p> <p>I was hoping to finish this course and move on to the next one but I am so frustrated now and wondering if Oxbridge is the right option for me. I just don’t know what to do now...honestly. My fees are fully paid so I do not know what is causing the delay in marking my assignment. Surely, how can different people keep telling me they have not received my assignment when I keep getting the auto reply that assignment was received?</p> <p> </p>
