Manipulated to pay course extention fees

I contacted Oxbridge Academy telephonically to let them know that due to the fact that I was pregnant and that my Final Examination was close to my expected date of delivery I was unable to write my Examination in November 2018 for the course I was doing with them. The institution’s consultants never asked me to forward them any medical certificate as evidence of my pregnancy or expected date of delivery. I was told by a consultant at the time that I will be able to write the examination in June 2019. After the birth of my child and having settled in and returned to normalcy again I worked on my assignments in order to try and finish them as soon as possible. Now in 2019 I contacted Oxbridge Academy and I was told that I will only be able to write my Final Examination in November 2019 and no longer in June 2019. The reasons for which were unclear. When asking the institution for confirmation that I was still registered with them they refused to send me this confirmation saying that I had to pay a course extension fee. I just find it really unfair that I have been misled to believe that the institution had no problem with me writing at a further date and extending those dates so that they could eventually end up exploiting me to pay an extension fee. As a client I would like to know where the telephone recordings are of my conversations with the consultants from Oxbridge since they say on their voice prompts that all calls are recorded. If I’m not to find any recourse from the exploitation of Oxbridge Academy in manipulating clients to pay extension fees then I will be reporting them to the Consumer Services and Goods Ombud, their accrediting body as well as any other Education and Training Quality Assurance authority.
