Lost papers again

I wrote public administration N4 they lost my exam papers . I had to again pay fees to write, even though Oxbridge lost the papers , I wrote again in September in Sandton , I now called in to get my results only to be told on the computer I am marked never wrote / absent. So they taking my money and loosing my paperwork , I need this qualification for my work, So its not only loss of money but pressure from my management . I have never dealt with a company that is so careless to loos papers twice . This is people future you are playing with
