it should be closed
<p>this institution should be closed...so many people are victims of their greed and cruel ways....they are thrreatning to blacklist me because m failing to pay my fees when I tried to cancel they refused....its pay as you study and all modules I studied I paid for them when I stopped paying they stopped sending me books.... now I get letters of demand</p>
