Intimidating and unfair treatment

I am Ken mat.last year 2022 I registered business management studies with oxbridge academy which is cost R12 000 per N for a year.i only paid for registration fees which is R600.and I received study packs once.so according to our agreement is that every month I should pay fees in order to get study pack.there was no any credit given to me or no agreement that if I stop studying I should pay the outstanding balance and there was no any paperwork done to confirm any agreement.but now im surprised when the oxbridge consultant her name is Genevieve Arendse always call me and tell that she will hand over me to a credit bureau to affect my credit score if im not paying balance of R12 000.and what I have asked her was that is it possible for her to force me to study?she failed to answer but continue threatening me with Legal actions if im not paying that balance.please hello Peter help me resolving this matter.
