Iam greatest saddened by Waterfall business school that bought Oxbridge,Firstly as students at the time we were never told anything now l app**** for my Diploma through Oxbridge Academy ,now Waterfall Business school is advising me to contact the DHET my self .Secondly l asked Waterfall Businees school for a Letter of Completion for my course whilst l await for the Diploma.They are telling me they have to escalate my request to a relevant department. This thing of them ,of when you write asking about my rightful right of following my complaint of my missing Diploma,they say the matter has been resolved,Resolved how ,by reading my letter and throwing me to the dogs . I paid for this qualification. Please issue my Diploma or at least offer me a Letter confirming Completion ASAP. Student number ***0.
