I had a bad experience with oxbridge Academy.

I registered with them and could not continue with my studies due to financial difficulties, they now handed my account over to a third-party to collect the full amount of the course which I never finished.

I only received one study book and now they want me to pay for the full course. How on earth do you pay for something you did not complete? Now I am blacklisted because of them and I am being threatened by a party I never entered into any agreement with. Which steps should I take so that this whole mess is cleared up? When you lose a job how is that your fault? If I go to a garage to purchase a car then I get the engine, how should I pay the full amount of a car I never received? A car engine is an example of a workbook I received but could not do the whole course.
