I give up!!!!!!

I don't know what to do anymore with this college. I do not want to study with them anymore but they make it very difficult to leave them and go to better colleges. I am in arrears and cannot afford to pat R1200.00 at once but now when I ask for a payment arrangement there is no response. Where should I dig that money from? I have to always complain about this place and that is why I have no choice but to look elsewhere but now I must get a default against my name and I have made a payment (which I can afford). I am so sick of this, I want my studies cancelled and it cant be done. why should my future lie in some academic person's hands cause now the academic board decides whether students stay or go. I should have been told this in the beginning but I was never. So many people are complaining about the same things but nothing is being done.
