Horrible service

<p>I enrolled my son at Oxbridge academy in February 2016. he submitted his assignments . After a few weeks the college was contacted and it was alleged that only one assignment was received. The consultant then said the assignments should be resubmitted . The assignments were resubmitted and this time all assignments were placed in one envelope . After few weeks the college was contacted again and this time it is again alleged only one assignment was received. This is totally strange as ten assignments were posted in one envelope . One was marked so what had happened to the other nine . The consultant said I should post again . I did so first week of December . I contacted the college on the 11th of January and was told no assignments were received. On the 13th of January I received a sms that registration for the April examinations were open from 9th to the 23rd January . How can my child register if I'm always told assignments are not received. His fees were paid in full. I need to be refunded the fees that was paid. We are being pushed from pillar to post. I'm wondering if this college is legit or not. When registration was done the consultant assured us that the tutor will always keep in contact but that never happened. The only time the college will contact you is when the fees are due. </p>
