Horrible experience
Registered with Oxbridge in July for the “National Diploma” in Human Resources. Everything went smoothly and I was excited to start with my studies only to realize a few weeks down the line that the course isn’t a “National Diploma” but instead a National Nated Diploma. This was not mentioned on their website and no one explained that to me.
After my extensive research and finding out that these are two different qualifications I then contacted my student advisor who also took a week to get back to me. I had to explain to him the difference between the two which he kept insisting that the course is a National Diploma and I explained that it isn’t.
We came to a conclusion that I will continue with my studies irregardless however I will not register for the “second year” N5. By this time I already submitted my first assignment which I received 90% and my second assignment 67%. I was still uncomfortable with continuing with my studies as I am paying for something that I don’t want and I’ll be wasting money. I then sent my student advisor an email advising him that I would like to cancel, in the interim I submitted my 3rd assignment. He was swift and sent me the cancellation form which I forwarded it back the following day. It’s been 3 weeks and nobody’s has gotten back to me only to get a message that I received 10% for my 3rd assignment.
To be shocked is an understatement! All of a sudden now that I have submitted my cancellation letter I then get low marks!! I regret not going through the reviews and doing my own proper research.
I have followed up with my student advisor and he still hasn’t gotten back to me! I don’t mind paying for the bridge of contract but they shouldn’t treat one like that. You want to cancel then they come up with such lousy stunts!!

On your website it doesn’t state that it is a “National N Diploma” instead it says “you qualify for a Diploma” which is misleading information.
Nonetheless I just want to cancel my contract with you, I don’t want a remark on my assignment or nothing whatsoever!
No one has bothered even responding to my emails or trying to contact me instead I am being told that I have to re submit my assignment. I cancelled 3 weeks ago!! Why I’m I still getting such communication?
