HOLDING ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT DO

I just received a call from some Dept collecting company asking me when am I going to pay for my Oxbridge account, I called Oxbridge in last year wanting to enrol for the Occupational Health and Safety Management, I spoke to a guy there and he sent me the enrolment forms, I then told the guy that I didn't have the facilities to print out a form and I couldn't fill in online because of the forms format. They guy agreed to help me fill out the form telephonically, he asked me all the necessary questions e.g like my name, surname, id number etc, I gave him all that information and then he asked me to deposit a certain amount of money for registration of which I did. I received my welcoming pack and all. I then got a full time employment with a certain company and one of their benefits was bursaries. I then called Oxbridge and told them that I no longer wish to continue with my studies and that I was considering Unisa.They told me that I cannot do that and that I had to pay for the full fee because I read and signed the contract.
