Frustrating collage ever

I have been calling them regarding my books that were delivered to my previous address while i updated my address on the 6th of January and it was confirm by their consultant and i recieved a message on the 9th but they saying my books were sent to my previous address on the 7th and when i enquire about that im being told that i updated my address two days later yet its impossible because the same day i paid my outstanding fees i updated my address and i received a message 3 days later that my study material has been collected everytime i call they give me the run around no one is willing to give a straight answer and now today i was told that my address was updated on the 15th of january while at first i was told it was on the 7th and another issue im being told that i must collect the material my self and i asked on whose account cos that will charge me and i was told that they wont be able to collect the books and send it to me but they busy saying i must pay my monthly fee how do i do that while i have not received my books nor have done my assignment everyday when i call its a different story how i regret ever registering with them cos when you owe they call everyday and ive been in contact with their consultant over whatsapp where everytime i ask the status my quiery he keeps saying he is waiting for response from wherever and its been over 3 weeks now and my issue is not being resolved
