Formal Complaint: Exclusion from the Graduation Ceremony at Oxbridge Academy

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my exclusion from the graduation ceremony for the past 2 (two) years now. I was expecting to be part of the graduating class, having successfully completed all the required academic and administrative obligations for my qualification.

After numerous email enquiries since 2023 made to Oxbridge Academy regarding the graduation. It has come to my attention that my name did not appear on the official graduation list and that I was not invited to participate in the ceremony in 2024 and 2025.

This has caused me significant disappointment and concern, as I had fulfilled all necessary requirements and had not been informed of any outstanding issues that could prevent my graduation.

I respectfully request clarification on the following:

1. The reason for my exclusion from the 2024 and 2025 graduation list. 2. Confirmation of my academic record and completion status. 3. Any corrective actions or steps I may need to take to ensure my inclusion in the next graduation ceremony or to receive my qualification certificate.

I trust that this matter will be treated with urgency and fairness, as graduation represents a significant milestone in my academic journey. The exclusion has had a serious impact on my wellbeing and has created professional setbacks, including delays in potential career progression.
