FEES and PHONE CALLS

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>Can you please fix my account and send me the statement. Why must we beg for a service we pay for? On top of that Oxbrige constantly phones everyday at the end of the month to ensure you pay them. I started in October last year and paid every month. </p> <p>I have not received one phone call from a Student Advisor to actually ask how are my studies going and how can they assist me? Are you a debt collecting office or an actual learning institution? I am sure I am not the only one complaining about this!</p>
