False information and ***********!!!

I phoned Oxbridge to find out about their junior and senior bookkeeping course they said that I will have a tutor available anytime etc. So I registered with them and when I phoned to fine out how to get the tutors details they said no you don't have one for the course you chose. Now I am supposed to be writing tomorrow (10th of Feb) and my CD's that comes with the study material doesn't work. Now I am told they can't assist in moving the exam as the student books it but it has to be booked 2 months before or 1 month but THEIR cds doesn't work how ia this fair???? And they don't want to refund but they can lie and give false information and then I have to speak to a billion different people because no one can assist???? This is the worst service ever. I want a refund and I will even send all the books back I am so over this. This is the subject that you actually need a tutor!!!
