I am beyond disappointed with this college. i registered for exams for June which were rescheduled for November 2020 due to covid-19. i now received my exam permit and they telling me that there is a clash and that i should have informed them about the clash. my question is who registers us at the department and just before we get our permits our schedule does not have times of when we will be writing. i sent an email now and they telling me that it is my fault. i was informed that they cancelled my clash after sending an email to the school which i will be writing. i will be delayed with 6 months all because someone at oxbridge failed to do their job. i will be reporting this school.
