Do not trust this Company to fix a mistake that they made, they would rather you lose your job than fix what they promised to fix.

If I was able to give a negative 5 star rating, trust me I would. To my disappointment I was registered for the wrong exam in April due to a mistake by Oxbridge. I showed up for my exam at the venue just to find out I'm not writing. Then Lenette from Oxbridge promised to fix the mistake that she made by allowing me to write my N4 exam with my N5 exams coming August. Now that the exams are drawing near, Lenette is trying to avoid her promise by referring to a lady Monique. They are both now giving me stories attempting to cover up their mistakes attempting to make this my problem. After I informed them that I might now lose my employment due to their mistake they're unwilling to fix. This is disgusting and completely unfair. I was ready to write my exam, at the correct venue at the correct time, Oxbridge messed up the codes, and now I must lose my employment due to their incompetence. I will never refer anyone to Oxbridge again.
