Dissatisfied Student

Very bad Institution. I am currently studying Occupational Certificate: Occupational Health and Safety NQF 5. The Institution keeps rejecting my practical study evidence and they keep on saying it is insufficient. There is absolutely no one who (Mentor/ Tutor) who has reached out to assist me. They have now extended my fees without consulting me. I keep on writing emails, no response. I always call and they don't get back to me. I even utilized the whatsapp chanels and no one bothers to call. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of the academic manager Ms Hynes and I was told that I am not allowed to speak to her. Now they are threatening me with legal action. OXBRIDGE ACADEMY YOU LACK EMPATHY. Disgusting Poor service!!!
