Disgusting service

<p>I registered with Oxbridge early last year for a 12month duration course. Completed it early this year and I received my graduation pack with forms to fill so I can get my qualification certificate. Filled the forms faxed and email but have no certificate in my hands. Iv been calling through out the year but there's no going forward. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called this morning only to have the done hanged up in my ear while explaining my situation. After repeatedly calling thier help desk to no avail,later I got a call back from thier agent. I explained AGAIN and she told me that my certificate was sent to me last year. How can it be sent out last year when I only received the forms apply for it this year??? This lady couldn't answer me so she put me on hold nd hung on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>What's the point of having those agents if this is how they going treat your customers like ****? Oxbridge is so quick to remind one to pay thier fees yet they can't deliver. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm disappointed and disgusted-i won't recommend any of my friends to sign up with this institution. </p>
