Disgusted! Unprofessional!
I enrolled for Tourism DIPLOMA back in 2015. Send in my Last assignment together with 2 more on the 20th April this year. Received 2 assignments mark. Followed up today regarding marks of Last assignment,get told they never received it,resend it again. Now for the big problem!
Get told today,that my course has expired and that I will now only receive a CERTIFICATE! I PAYED and Studied for a DIPLOMA for the past 3 years!!!! No one even bothers to communicate this with me! After my account was settled,all communication stopped?
I expect a Diploma as soon as my last assignment is marked!
