DISGUSTED AT NO CANCELLATION
I registered with Oxbridge in Sept'14. I chose EFT payment option of R400 per month and was told that after every R800 payment I will receive a module. I received my 1st module and made 2 payments of R400 and was given advice by someone in the health and safety industry to cancel this course and do a more appropriate in-depth course through another institution.

I thereafter cancelled the Oxbridge course but I kept getting emails and sms' for payment. I rep**** to them advising that I'm cancelling the course and I've paid up my R800 for the 1 module and have not received any further modules and that they should discontinue requesting payment as I will refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission.

The NCC has since sent me a letter advising that Oxbridge will liaise with me directly in order to resolve complaint and update the Commission within 14 days which would've been 14/04. They have gone against the NCC and their attorneys sent me an sms on 08/04 to which I did not reply to as I am awaiting the NCC advice.

Even at UNISA you can cancel a course and only pay for modules received, Oxbridge is devious and tries to trap consumers which is disgusting.
