Disappointment unsatisfied disgusted a disgrace

I've been a student with Oxbridge since 2016 I wrote exams last year 2017 June and November and I've been requested to await response from the department for Oxbridge does not have my results yet nether for June or November and guess what its already 2018 January and still im stuck no results and oh no answer even with the correct response from Oxbridge..I've been calling and calling but all they do is put me through to the exams department and guess what no answer the line is always busy and I've been emailing them non stop but all they tell me is wait upon the department response how but god knows ive lost all my marbles and patience with the lack of inexperienced staff lack of knowledge staff and disappointing service. How long should I still await the department till the end of 2018 also..what a childish disgrace.I do not recommend this academy never run when you hear of them run they will take your money leave you with a certificate or results and play around with your future.this is how they do business..doing a fabulous ****ty job wel done im officially disgusted.
