Disappointed in Oxbridge Academy

<p>I am a first time student at Oxbridge Academy and enrolled February.</p> <p> </p> <p>My first subject was Entrepreneurship and Business Management N4. After completing the first part of the subject, I completed and submitted my first assignment. Later I submitted my second assignment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received the details for the registration for the November exam and submitted my form.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a few days, I received a sms saying that I do not qualify to write the November exams as all my assignment were not submitted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went onto their student portal and saw that there were only 2 assignments for that subject.</p> <p> </p> <p>I decided to phone them and spoke to a consultant. He said that there was 3 assignments, so I asked him to please email me the third.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so frustrated as I worked really hard to complete all assignments and now I can not write in the November exam.</p> <p> </p> <p>What I would like to know is who can be held responsible for not sending me all my assignments? </p> <p> </p> <p>Is there anybody I can speak to so that I can be allowed to write in the November exam?</p> <p> </p> <p>I can not afford to waste 6 months to wait to write my first exam next year June. The course duration is 12 months and I do not want to extend it and pay an additional fee for something that I can not be held responsible for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please rectify this problem.</p>
