Disappointed

I studied with Oxbridge Academy between 2012 and 2013, enrolling for the Supply Chain Management Skills Programme. Recently, I contacted the institution to request a Statement of Results or Proof of Study for my records and future career use.

Unfortunately, I was informed that my course was not credit-bearing and that they are unable to issue any documentation, even though I paid for and completed the programme. I found this response very concerning, as I believe that all institutions should retain student records and provide at least a letter of attendance or confirmation of registration when requested — especially for learners who have invested their time and money in their education.

The communication from Oxbridge Academy was polite but unhelpful, and I feel disappointed that there seems to be no record or acknowledgment of my studies after all these years.

I hope Oxbridge Academy reviews their record-keeping and student support policies to ensure that past learners like myself can still access proof of their studies when needed.
