I have been struggling to get assistance from Oxbridge for the past 4 years. I app**** to study in 2012 I had financial difficulties there after and my studies went on pause, due to non payment I then started on a payment plan, and in 2014 I spoke to my mother and she assisted and made payment into Oxbridge academy's account, they called me up and sent an sms saying thank you for the payment, and sent me my books, after handing in all assignments and assessments they marked it and sent it back to me , when I called they said I was to pay a fee for my diploma to be sent to me which I sent through. after payment was made they said they never received any payment from me at all and my fees were still outstanding, its been four years of fighting I keep calling and they keep asking for the slips since then I got married, moved house the papers they require is gone and unfound and because everything is done telephonically and their calls are recorded request for all these recordings. I called up two weeks ago saying I will pay the outstanding they claim I have not paid and they promised to call me back, however I still had no response, I sent them a chat last week Tuesday still to no prevail, please get back to me I think at this point in time I just want my qualification. kind regards,
