Course Cancellation

I did register and acknowledge some terms wich were explained, but few months after reg with oxbridge one of my family members passed away, wich was unforeseen, therefore financial problem accured as I now have more financial responsibilities, did inform akhona and luthando but none of them responded, spoke to akhona day in day out and she promised the matter will be resolved, i was sent a cancellation form wich i completed bt she told me that It was denied, I asked her a reason then she said she will call me back, but they kept deducting until i stopped it with my bank, whenever she calls me is when shes askin about account payment, but never update of my request, I told her that I did not want refund, and i have also sent the material back, wich i did not even use one single page of it.<br>
