Hi, Oxbridge academy is really lacking service and proper communication with students. I cant write my exams due to the examination centers that is more then 120km away from where i lived, i was informed by one of the consultants that i can write my exams at any FET College that is closer to me. The consultant told me my registration is done at an FET College in Witbank and that i will be able to write my exams there. A few days back they called me and told me i cant write in Witbank and i must make a plan to get to the centers listed on their exams list and all those centers are very far from me and i am working everyday and now i have to face such challenges. When i told them to cancell my course they refered me to the complaints department of which i sent an email stating the challenges that im facing and i also requested them to cancel my course and up till today i haven't received a call from any of the consultants regarding my query. I will never refer anyone to Oxbridge Academy due to the way they operate and the way they treat their students, they are the worst college and i regret the day i registered with them. I will take this matter up with Department of Education
