Cancelation of a course I app**** for

I registered with this academy to study and my father was paying for me. My dad pass on and the problem started. I than cancelled my studies via an email. They did not respond on the email, but after a month without paying. They then called for payments and I told them that according to me I have cancelled they course. I was only then told me I cant cancel the course without filling up a form that was send to me on my welcoming pack. I looked and looked on the welcoming pack but there were no form. when I responded that there is no form, they then send it to me. I filled the form and attached the paper work they needed but still I was told that I can afford to pay. I also told them that if only I was told their rules and regulation before I was not going to register with them. I don't know if they know my financial problems if they can say they can see that I can afford it.
