call centre doesnt know how to deal with there students

They phoned me last night to welcome me to there college , but when i ask them when the books will be here they said it will take 5-10 working days and on the form it says 5-7 working days and on a whats app that i ask them they said in this week so who is laying and the the study supervisor then want s to explain how the debit order woks and i am asking about the study material and then she gets the a manger that also wants to explain how the debit order works and i just want to know why they are laying . please see below
