Biggest mistake that I invested time and money in.

I registered 2019 with oxbridge due to the fact I could not attend my classes physically and per conversations they made it sound like the are helpful and will assist unfortunately that's far from it. Firstly I struggled with certain questions on the assignments and then asked for help via WhatsApp just to get send in a round race with myself because no one helped and the so called "tutor" never comes back to you. I then send it my assignments to find out later I apparently failed the one... I then asked for a copy of my marked assignment which it took them almost 2 weeks to respond with an answer (I was already stressed cause I was redoing it and hearing nothing) just to find out later I did not fail. The service is promising when they sell you into the academy but the process afterwards is horrid... I gave up with subjects because the only time the actually check up on you... Is a message saying payment received and someone calling saying when my books will arrive... But no check up on how Anything else is going ... This was the worst thing I've ever invested in... Not worth it at all. I called to find out how to cancel my student fees and myself out of it... Just to get emailed I am paying monthly... When I called I was kept on hold... And after waiting the line was cut off. I wish I had chose a different academy because this was just a waste of time, money and completely broke the wanting or excitement to actually study for HR...would not recommend at all. You're paying to help yourself and for books. As a studying at home student... I did not matter to the academy unless it was for money.
