Bad service.....

I registered with oxbridge Academy last year. I completed all my assignments for N4 but I couldn't write my exams last year because I sent my registration forms to a wrong email address. How ever that was my fault.

I registered to write all my 4 subjects this year June I did. I never received any sms that says I should go there and fetch my permit while they sent other students sms that says they must go and fetch their permits I couldn't write computer practice because off that. I phone them I spoke to one of their consultants she confirmed that they never sent me any sms.

This month I received a call from them I felt offended and insulted when their consultant said I reversed February fees I had to go to my bank for a bank statement only to find out they decided to debit on 26th while they were supposed to debit on the 27th. According to the contract I signed with them we agreed that they will debit on the 27th.

Again I registered to for N5 they decided to debit from my old fnb account of I never told them to do that. They phoned me telling that I failed to pay my registration fee. I am so disappointed with oxbridge Academy
