Bad service and lack of respect to clients

I registerd to study with them in 2017 and I was a paying my fees on time but down the line i got retrechnched from work and I contacted them and told them I wish to cancel and I am willing to pay the cancellation fees, called them a million times I had to beg them to cancel my studies wich they didn't even today in 2019 ...a lawer called me in 2018 and requsted that i send documents ti prove that i cannot pay wich i did and said they will come back to me...the worst part is that now in 2019 the very same lawyers are threatening to place a judgement on my ITC and ruin my credit score and saying they are adding more money ....someone please help me
