Bad Service
I need some assistance as i am not happy with Oxbridge at the moment,i was advised last year during the courtesy calls that as soon as i was done paying i would receive my certificate.I called last week to find out when i can expect it only to be advised that i still have two assignments outstanding that i didn't know about.I would have finished those assignments by now and none of the people i spoke to advised me of that,i held for the dispatch department for over 10 minutes then the line was dropped.I sent an email on the 5th February and the consultants asks me which assignments im referring to,why not check on your system and let me know because i was not made aware of it myself !!!<br> <br> The book only came last week after all those calls and emails but there are assignment papers inside just a textbook so how am i supposed to do them.<br> <br> Please assist ASAP
