Bad place bad experience

I never registered and didn't signed any paper but they took my money and don't want to refund them back . They want you to pay the registration fee first and then sign papers for registering, I never signed that papers for personal reasons . They told me that yes we will refund you no problem because I didn't sign refistration papers, they opened a refund request and after a month they said ah no we can't refund you. In the end they didn't pay me back, there was no way. I decided to not waist my money and register in the course . They enrolled me into the wrong one. Not mentioning the live chat where nobody answers and the service assistance at the phone talking with them is useless they just repeat the same song like parrots without solve problems , they just push you away. You need to speak directly to managers to be taken into consideration.
