Attitude and fees

As I thought I would improve my my career by studying at OXBRIDGE I guess I was wrong. I paid my 1st instalment but I got a message that said my instalment is outstanding. I phoned and a lady told me that there are lots of emails and faxes which one I used for the proof of payment. When I tried to explain she just gave me an attitude<br> <br> I reseny the proof to Akhona but no response. Today she called me so i told her im in a meeting can she call later she said she will not be able I must call her. But when they were wanting me to join the college they had all the time to call me several times a day. I am a busy person at work and I can not stand being treated unprofessional. <br> <br> I would like clarity or I would like to know if I can still withdraw if this is how I am going to be treated
