Appalling Service

I've the best service since I started my course in 2017 but the most annoying thing is that when you are supposed to get crucial information for a course you've paid for....its you that mist follow behind them and ask for information only posted on social media instead of being sent an email, sms or call. I mean we don't send our assignments via social media. Yet when big decisions are taken you're never informed and they drag their feet even after you've sent multiple emails and messages. I might not write my November exams because of the incompetence. Appalling!!
