account handed over with wrong balance!!!

Hi<br> <br> I'm a oxbridge academy student for a year now, been paying my<br> installments of R400 for a 12 month course since February 2014 and I<br> missed 3 payments on my account from October - December, when I<br> continued to pay my installment I was informed that my account had<br> been handed over to debt collectors, the problem with this is that<br> they handed over the whole account of R4528.39 instead if the R1200<br> balance that was remaining.<br> <br> all I want is the balance to be corrected so I can make payment and<br> continue with my studies.
